Juliane Santos is
an outstanding member of our Creature Teacher staff. Her background
in education and work with special need kids has enabled her
to build an immediate rapport with both people and animals.
Her programs are insightful and humorous and her bubbly personality
make her one of our most requested Creature Teachers.

Being a Creature Teacher allows
Nancy Melbourne to combine her two
greatest passions – teaching and
animals. A 32-year veteran teacher,
Nancy currently teaches at the
Blanchard Memorial School in
Boxborough. She grew up in a home
filled with animals, and learned
from an early age to love and
appreciate wildlife and nature. As
an adult, Nancy has also spent many
years pursuing her hobby of raising
pet birds, and serves on the Board
of a national avicultural
organization. She brings her
enthusiasm and expertise to her
animal programs.
